The Myths of Crohn’s Disease

The Myths of Crohn’s Disease

Modern medicine describes Crohn's disease as a chronic inflammatory bowel disease, often affecting the end of the small intestine and start of the large intestine. Treatments manage symptoms but don’t cure it, as Crohn’s is considered incurable. In other words, modern medicine doesn’t heal it—it just manages it. It would be more honest if doctors admitted they don’t fully understand how the body functions.

Modern medicine believes illnesses like Crohn's Disease are chronic and incurable. But that contradicts the fundamental principle of life: change. Nothing is fixed. Everything is constantly evolving. As it came, so it goes. Yes, you can heal something chronic, like Crohn’s disease, without relying on hope or prayers. Simply put, if you are willing to change, the change heals you. My grandmother would say, "And you can shit properly then."

Crohn’s disease is often linked to inflammation and bacteria, but it’s not just that. Simply, bad genes. But that's an easy excuse. You might have a genetic predisposition, but you decide if you activate it. If you live as a victim of your ancestors' struggles, you’ll stay stuck in that cycle. People cling to their disease, blaming it on genetics. That’s just playing the victim. Crohn’s, like any chronic illness, is more than inherited traits.

The root of Crohn’s in my healing practice is fast to find. It’s not a one-size-fits-all, but in most cases, the roots are the same or very similar. The main root of Crohn’s is clear: People hold onto emotional darkness, blocking the natural light of life from flowing freely. When the light of life is blocked, the stomach suffers. That’s the core issue. The subroots can be different—emotional baggage, unresolved pain, regrets, fear, rejection—but they all strangle the vitality in the gut. The sacred fire that should rise up, bringing health and energy, gets extinguished. Crohn’s is not just a battle with bacteria or food; it’s a mental and emotional fight deep inside the gut.

Crohn’s disease is a physical manifestation of emotional and mental turmoil. The body doesn’t just attack itself randomly. The gut, the center of vitality, becomes the battleground when the mind, body, and soul are out of sync. As an autoimmune condition, the body literally attacks itself. This is a metaphor for internal conflict, self-criticism, and self-hatred. When your mind is at war—filled with judgment, anger, rejection, or fear—the body follows suit. The gut breaks down. It’s not just bacteria. It’s the mental war eating you from the inside.

I’ve worked with many people diagnosed with Crohn’s. Every single one of them walked away free of symptoms. Because they understood the connection between mind, body, and soul. Healing isn’t about fighting disease. It’s about changing how you live, think, and feel.

When the soul is starving, the mind gets tense, noisy, and the body tunes to your crappy mindset. It breaks down. The gut becomes inflamed. The pain gets worse. The bloating takes over. It’s not food or bacteria—it’s emotional pain. The body does what the mind tells it to do. If the mind is stuck in anger, regret, or fear, the gut breaks down. When the mind shifts, when the emotional burden is lifted, the body heals. Simple as that.

Three sessions. That’s all it takes. You don’t need years of therapy or endless medication. It’s about understanding the mind-body-soul connection and clearing the emotional blocks. When the soul is fed, when the mind is calm, the body heals. It all starts inside.

Once again, change heals.
