Step-by-Step Guide for a Healing Session

Step 1: Get Comfortable with the Process

1. Know What to Expect

Sky&Farm Healing uses extremely potent energy and a sophisticated healing system to promote your health from a distance. Remote energy healing doesn’t recognize physical distance as a barrier to healing. If you wish, you might write down or mentally affirm your intentions for the healing session to focus your energy on specific outcomes. I use healing energies that work on a cellular level, reaching what is invisible to the human eye. So don’t stress too much about your intention; whatever needs to be taken care of will be addressed. It is my job to heal—one thing at a time.

If possible, I always recommend taking a day off after every healing session. This way, you can fully enjoy the benefits without the rush of returning to work right away. In simple terms, going from heaven back to hell is not a good idea.

Step 2: Prepare Your Environment

2. Create a Calm Space

Personally, I don’t care if you are in the kitchen or bedroom—this is not an Architectural Digest Open Door tour. Just intuitively find the best place for healing. I can't heal people who have sessions in coffee houses or public places due to energetic interference from the extremely busy surroundings. Hospitals or hotel rooms are okay.

Choose a quiet, comfortable location where you won’t be disturbed during your session. Light a candle—any type is perfectly fine, as it serves as an archetype of light and hope. You can also add aromatherapy to enhance relaxation if you wish, or burn incense sticks. Please ensure that you won't be interrupted during the session by phone calls, children, or pets. If it helps you feel more comfortable, you can surround yourself with any religious symbols or pictures of saints. Some of my Catholic clients especially sense warmth and comfort coming from Jesus or Mother Mary during the therapy, finding her presence soothing and supportive. Yes, Let it be!

Step 3: Be On Time

3. Be Available for Your Scheduled Call

Ensure you are ready and available for the video or phone call at the agreed-upon time. Don’t waste your investment—if you are running late, simply message me through WhatsApp, and we can work together to push the session half an hour later. Sometimes it's possible, and other times it may not be. Otherwise, I usually wait no more than 10 minutes for you before I leave. Yes, you can always reschedule free of charge, but please remember that this healing is a commitment to yourself, and it’s very important to stick to the healing plan as scheduled.

Every session is limited by time, so please don’t expect to hold a conversation for more than what is scheduled. Sometimes, I may need to work on you for a little bit longer, so for your peace of mind, please allow an additional 15 minutes for the session if this is the case. I never charge for any extra minutes; it is completely free and necessary to finish certain energetic work on you.

Step 4: During the Session

4. This is not a job interview

During the first few minutes of the session, we will briefly discuss your current state, and then I will ask you for a moment of silence so I can work on you energetically to help close your mind and open your heart. It's a beautiful feeling, like a piece of heaven for most people. During the session, you can expect to feel warmth or different sensations throughout your body. Sometimes, you might experience memory flashes or see familiar faces once I touch your energetic memory imprints. At other times, you may go through intense emotions as you release energetic density, and that’s perfectly okay—it’s time to let go.If you need, have some tissues handy because tears are beautiful cleansing catalysts. Don’t worry; I will always guide my clients through every single step of the process, so you are always safe and nourished during the session.

I might ask you occasionally to stretch your body, or I will pinpoint on the screen where exactly you need to apply pressure for self-correction. Therefore, it is advisable to wear comfortable clothes. If you feel like staying in your pajamas, simply stay in your pajamas. You can sit or lie down—whatever feels more comfortable for you. If you want to drink coffee or tea, sip red wine, or smoke a cigarette—especially if we are doing psychotherapy work—you are more than welcome to do so. This is not a job interview.

Step 5: Integration In Every Session

5. Post-session reflection:

After the energy work is completed, we engage in a discussion about your experience. During this time, you may gain new perspectives and insights. Integrating the healing experience into every energy healing session enhances the effectiveness of the practice and promotes lasting transformation. The integration process typically lasts around 15 minutes, though it may be longer or shorter depending on your needs.

After the session, I always recommend taking your day easy, relaxing, and doing things that make your soul happy. Whether it’s taking a walk in nature, cooking some amazing food from childhood, or going to buy the red Porsche you’ve always wanted, remember that now you can! Simply nourish yourself.
